Obtention of a research project to develop bioreactor controllers : CYTOSYS.

Obtention of a convention First for the development of a new generation of acoustic filtration : CYTOPERF.

Acquisition of the Cilbiotech’s commercial activities and labs. First production of cell lines intended for research and development.
2013
Creation of APICells, American basis for the commercialization of the products.

Creation of IPRASENSE, France based society that owns the Lensless technology, and commercializes products “Live Cell Monitoring/Cell viability Analyzers / Cell counter”
2022
Creation of EMMA, production society that assembles finished product for Ipratech (Cytosys, Cytoperf) and Iprasense (Cytonote, Norma, slides).
